Duties/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
· Researching, prospecting, and establishing leads via direct phone contact, emails and text messages
· Presenting the opportunities of attending the College.
· Qualify leads and develops progressive strategies to close new and existing business in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with internal College departments on partner-related opportunities.
· Accountable for achieving established sales/ targets/goals.
· Administrative duties and support as required.
· Providing sales and product information on programs and offerings.
· Maintaining records to contribute to the administrative functions of the campus.
· Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
· Driving the recruitment efforts pertaining to admissions in the school to ensure that student enrollment is consistently filled.
Qualifications & Education (skills/experience)
This is a results-driven position and compensation is commensurate with performance. To be successful in the position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining, and demonstrating the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
· Excellent English communication skills verbal, written and listening.
· A minimum of 3 years of Tele sales performance history with a preference for a private education recruitment agency.
· An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
· Exceptional Technical skills with Microsoft office Suites.
· Highly organized with attention to detail.
· Ethical and Adheres to all work policies and procedures.
· Professional and flexible attitude with a passion for helping others.
· Ability to create and nurture relationships with customers through social selling.
· Clear Criminal Background.
· Preference will be given to people who have prior sales experience or experience.

Job description:
Position Summary:
· Deliver (or enable the delivery of) training materials via live facilitation, online facilitation, or distributed/distance learning;
· Revise modes of assessment, such as tests and/or course evaluations, to measure the effectiveness of the course;
· Evaluate and improve training programs and materials as required;
· Create and integrate interactive elements into online and blended programs including graphics, audio, videos,
· Provide support to the instructional design team
· Deliver training/orientation sessions to new/existing students about how to use the LMS system
· Ensure lectures, lessons, exams, and live sessions are updated in a timely manner on LMS( MOODLE)
· Assist with review of curriculum changes submitted by faculty
· Partner with the key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify needs and determine training & development requirements and solutions that align with the business objectives;
· Design, develop, revise, and maintain existing training programs as well as new program/course development;
· Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays etc.);
· Develop or source training & development programs and materials;
· Assist with program budgeting and forecasting expenditures;
· Work within established training budget for assigned projects;
· Recommend cost-effective training plans (projects);
· Prepare training plans, including training objectives, budgets, deliverables and timeline;
· Maintain communication links at all levels through projects;
· Perform other various duties as required from time to time e.g. coordinating training logistics;
Qualifications/ Minimum Requirements
· Degree in Adult Education a related discipline; Master of Distance Learning highly Preferred.
· 1-2 years of training experience, including online course design, material development, and facilitation experience;
· Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult distance learning principles in the development of training materials for a variety of delivery channels including eLearning, classroom, training the trainer, self-study, blended learning and web;
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, Video editing, recording, and Vimeo an asset
· Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop an asset
· Experience in, Moodle is required.
· Exceptional English oral and written communication skills
· Organized and has a keen eye for details
· Ability to work under short deadlines
· Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as unsupervised

Position Summary:
The position will manage campus operations and provide support to the Academic Manager, and other team members who may be on campus.
· Assist in the implementation and planning of Individual Education Programs for students and the monitoring of student’s academic progress
· Maintain The LMS system with students’ information and course contents
· Adhere to the college policies and ensure adherence by faculty and students
· Assist in the development of the future plans for new cohorts, programs, and courses
· Support faculty in their requests and assist them in course delivery
· Assist in handling students’ complaints and address them in a timely manner
· Assist in maintaining student records
· Undertake other duties from time to time as the instructor/ office managers require, including copying, typing and inputting student data.
· Maintain the college inventory of equipment and sign out to instructors when required.
· Responsible for maintenance of college equipment, both classroom and lab, where applicable
· Attend all monthly instructor meetings and take minutes.
Qualifications/ Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

This role focuses on providing career counseling, job search assistance, and facilitating connections with potential employers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with Canadian businesses and organizations to secure practicum opportunities.
Collaborate with academic staff to align practicum placements with curriculum requirements.
Match students with appropriate practicum placements based on their skills and career goals.
Monitor student progress during practicums and provide support as needed.
Ensure all practicum documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Provide feedback to students and host organizations to improve practicum experiences.
Offer one-on-one career counseling sessions to students and graduates.
Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
